Mexico Marriage Requirements
If you are not a resident of Mexico, you will be asked for a Tourist Card/Visa and a valid passport. The airlines will provide you with your tourist card if you are flying in.
Some of the states require a certified copy of your birth certificates that has been translated into Spanish and confirmed by your own country.
The documents will be kept, so don't bring originals.
Ceremony:
A marriage in Mexico is legal only if it is a civil ceremony performed at a local Civil Register.

Tests:
A blood test, OTHER TEST MAY BE REQUIRED BY STATE, your agent will provide you with the necessary information.
Witnesses:
You need two witnesses over the age of 18. Your witnesses also need to provide identification.
Miscellaneous:
Weddings are not performed on Sundays.
Under 18:
Parental consent is required if either of you is under 18.

Aruba Marriage Requirements

Documents include:
A) Copies of birth certificate for bride and groom with apostle (state certification).
B) Passport picture page or valid state issued picture I.D. for Bride & Groom.
C) Witness (18 years up) passport picture page or valid state issued picture I.D. (minimum 2 witnesses) Witnesses can provided locally if bride and groom are traveling alone for a fee
D) Certificate of no impediment for bride and groom (also referred to as a “single status report” and in some states called a “negative statement of marriage”). This certificate of no impediment is obtained at the bureau of vital statistics which is located in the department of health.
E) If either party has been divorced we need to receive a copy of the 1st and last page of the divorce decree(s).
F) If either party is a widow(er) we need to receive a copy of the pertaining death certificate.
Ceremony can take place in the late morning or early afternoon on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.
Saturdays are also available in the late mornings at an additional $150 surcharge.
3. All documents are to be faxed for review and then submitted by courier (i.e. FedEx) at least one (1) month prior to desired wedding date.

Jamaica Marriage Requirements

Visitors can be married just 24 hour after arriving in Jamaica providing prior application has been made for a marriage license.

To apply for your marriage license, speak with your Berman Travel Agent

Unlike many countries, Jamaica does not expect you take a blood test before getting married. However, the following documentation is required:
1. Proof of citizenship - certified copy of birth certificate, which includes father’s name.
2. Parent’s written consent if under 18 years of age.
3. Proof of divorce if applicable (original certificate of divorce).
4. Certified copy of death certificate for widow or widower.
There are non-denominational Marriage Officers who can officiate a place chosen by the couple, and are able to provide witnesses. Marriage Officers Your Berman Travel LLC Agent together with the resort wedding planner will provide you with all fees for services.

St Lucia Marriage Requirements

It's easy to get married in St Lucia. You have the option of getting married on the same day where you would be required to pay a fee (your Berman Travel Agent together with the resort wedding planner will provide you with all fees)
Here is a list of the documents that you need to obtain a marriage license in St Lucia:
• Passport
• Birth Certificate
• Decree Absolute (if one of the parties is divorced)
• In the case of a widow/widower a Death Certificate of first spouse is required
• If a name has been changed, a Deed Poll is required
• If one of the parties is under the age of 18, evidence of a consent of parents is required in the form of a sworn affidavit stamped by a Notary Public
• If any required documents are not in English, an authenticated translation must be available

Bahamas Marriage Requirements

APPLICATION FOR LICENCE
The couple must be in The Bahamas at the time of application for the marriage license.
RESIDENCY PERIOD
Couples may apply a day after their arrival and can be married once they receive their approved license the day after application.
DIVORCED
If either party has been divorced, the original final decree or a certified copy must be produced. Where applicable, a translated, certified and notarized copy of the final decree must be produced.
WIDOWED
If either party is widowed, the original death certificate, or certified copy, must be produced. Where applicable, a translated, certified and notarized copy of the death certificate must be produced.
SINGLE PERSONS
If either party is single or never been married before, a declaration certifying this fact must be sworn before a notary public or other person authorized to administer oaths in the country of residence. This document must accompany the application for the marriage license. This declaration can also be obtained in The Bahamas from an attorney-at-law or notary public.
MINORS
Minors (under 18 years) may be married with both parents' consent. Consent forms for minors are available at the Registrar General's office.
MARRYING IN THE OUT ISLANDS
Persons desirous of being married in the Out Islands (any island outside of New Providence and Grand Bahama) can obtain a Marriage License at the Administrator's Office on that island.

PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION AND RESIDENCY
Both parties must produce a valid passport, birth certificate and photo ID. The parties must also produce evidence of the date of their arrival in The Bahamas. The Bahamas Immigration Card or entry stamp in your passport will suffice.
BLOOD TEST
No blood test is necessary.
FEES

Antigua Marriage Requirements

You both will need valid passports as proof of citizenship. If either of you have been previously married, then bring along the original divorce decree or, in the case of a widow or widower, the original marriage and death certificates.

Both parties must be over 15, if under 18, written authorization from your parents or guardians is required. It is important that all documents presented are original or certified original by the issuing departments or offices.
Ensure that all documents are in your legal name, and provide affidavits in cases where you are known by another name. Your marriage must also be solemnized or celebrated in the presence of two or more witnesses, apart from the Marriage Officer. (Just ask a guest or two to do this for you).
Is the marriage ceremony legal?
Of course, it is both legal and binding. Additionally, consent must be expressed by both parties to accept each other as husband and wife.
